Whether at a sports camp with no massage therapist available, or before/after a game or heavy workout and complaining to Mom or Dad about aching muscles, children can benefit from a basic massage. Massage will ease there muscles, or help flush out legs assisting with fatigue or preventing injury. I have considerable experience as a massage therapist practicing at the Sports Medicine Specialist Center, but also bring my own first hand experience as an Olympian and a national athlete to the table.
